Caveo872: Two-Way Voice Communication At the Touch of a Button |
- Equipped with service key
- Excellent duplex speech quality
- Works with new hand operated radio transmitter
- Dials up to six alarm numbers
- Five-day battery back-up in case of power failure
- Supervision of the different functions
|
The Caveo872 is a Personal Emergency Response System (PERS), which is simple to install and easy to use. The alarm can be released through a button on the device, as well as by means of a hand-operated radio transmitter. In an emergency, a fast and efficient assistance call can be requested over an automatically established telephone connection with the SafetyCare Response Center. You can program the third button as a log on/log off button (check-in feature) or as a service key. This service function allows it to perform extra services that go beyond the simple call for help (for instance, contributing to the comfort of persons living alone). The system can be extended, at little installation expense, through additional components such as radio-based smoke and low-temperature detectors.

Access to emergency signaling devices throughout a resident is important. Having unobtrusive transmitters located in bathrooms and in other sensitive locations is especially critical. Perfect for such application is the S35 emergency transmitter. Its waterproof packaging, small size, and simple operation make it a perfect solution. Two means of triggering the S35, via a pull cord or by pressing the red button in its center, mean that it is easy to operate, too. The S35 can be easily mounted on the wall with a couple of screws. With a battery life of over three years, changing the battery is a rare, but easy task. |

The S37 units are considered among the most attractive transmitters in the wireless communication industry. The units may be worn comfortably on the wrist, like a wristwatch, or strung on a breakaway cord so that it can be worn as a pendant. With a battery life of over three years, the S37 is easy to operate with a simple press of its integrated button. |

RAC35 Universal Transmitter |
The RAC35 can be used in conjunction with the Caveo872 Personal Emergency Response System to add a call for help and/or call for fire to the system. When the RAC35 transmitter is installed on a door, the opening of that door triggers the alarm. The RAC35 transmits the alarm as a call for help and is identified through programming in the software. The alarm can also be programmed to notify caregivers via pagers. To install the RAC35, allow a minimum height of 1 foot above the ground. Metallic surfaces should be avoided (otherwise use both intermediate plates). The magnet should be mounted on the moveable part (door or window) and the radio transmitter on the frame. The distance between the radio transmitter and the magnet should not exceed 1⁄2 inch when closed (check that the arrows on both covers correspond to each other). Two-sided tape should be avoided. The RAC is not waterproof. In default, the RAC is configured as a normally open contact; it can also be configured as a normally closed contact.

Persons living alone and residents of senior care facilities are at significantly greater risk in an accident. SafetyCare’s Fall Detector greatly improves safety and enables help to be summoned quickly and dependably. For personal protection, people can carry this position sensor. If an accident or a critical situation occurs, they can trigger the alarm themselves, or the alarm is triggered automatically, i.e. without the person concerned taking any action. This would be the case if, after an incident, the wearer remains in a horizontal position for a predetermined period of time. Depending on the alarm system, assistance is summoned internally, or the emergency call is forwarded to the SafetyCare Response Center.

- Exceptionally reliable
- Splash-proof
